Prickly Pear By Christophe Robin…Reviewed!!!

I’ll be very honest with you on my choice of hair products!! I’ve trashed many products before because they haven’t matched up to my favourite brand of ‘Hair Love‘!!

I love my Phyto Hair products and swear by them. I use other shampoos and masks only to break the monotony for a week or so in between. Out of those temporary ones, not all of them last for more than a day cause they just don’t make me fall in love!! I do have some which I switch to for the in between times and I stick to the ones that I like.

This weekend, I tried the Prickly Pear Shampoo and Mask from Christophe Robin. I received it at the Sephora multi brand spring event. As always, I was skeptical about the result. Here’s how I felt…

The first thing that hit me was the fragrance, it’s subtle but substantially rich and luxurious! I loved how it smelled so that was a positive. I didn’t need too much of the product so that again was a plus.

A natural smoothing shampoo with the benefits of prickly pear seed oil to regenerate, nourish, and deliver radiance to hair from root to tip.

Then came the mask… I cannot emphasise enough, how much I loved it!! My hair, if not blow dried after wash, looks very similar to hay!! I did not blow dry my hair to put the Christophe Robin product to its final test. It worked!! My hair’s all curled and soft, not frizzy and dry!! I still feel the softness in my hair and I’m loving it!!

Its action is reinforced with a 100 percent natural repairing agent that restructures and strengthens hair from the inside, smoothing and enhancing its shine.

Out of 5, I’ll give this a 4.

These are available at Sephora stores. The shampoo is for AED 110 and the mask is for AED 195. Totally worth the price.

Have you guys tried Christophe Robin? I would love to know!!

Until laters….

About Kunjal

I believe that Dubai runs on 2 parallel universes. I have 2 blogs catering to each sphere of these universes. My love for the Dubai 'BLING' & extravagance is the soul food for the DazzlemeDubai blog. Interiors & beauty constitute most of the posts on this blog if not all. Fashion adds the oomph quotient to this over the top, high end & luxury blog. The need for everyday necessities & best buys or new products on the aisles of supermarkets, drugstores & hypermarkets made me start the second blog - aisle101Dubai. This blog covers all the must haves for day to day living with exciting offers, first day sale previews and loads of information on the correct product within your budget. Like every blogger, I'm hoping that everyone enjoys reading both these blogs as much as i love writing them! Oh Yeah, The Disclaimer - The views are all mine on all my blogs, nothing to do with my employer!!
